As we celebrate 20 years of the Young Cell Scheme at a special anniversary event, we reflect on the program’s pivotal role in shaping Kosovo’s public administration.Funded by the European Union and the Government of Kosovo, the YCS program has, over two decades, provided Master's scholarships at prestigious universities in EU Member States, developing a depoliticized, professional, and inclusive public sector. By enhancing the skills of civil servants, this initiative continues to strengthen governance and align Kosovo’s public services with EU standards and values.
